AdDuplex first arrived on Windows in 2011 where the cross-promotion network began to advertise for developers and games on the Windows Phone 7. It continues to grow according to the Windows App Team’s blog post today, promoting the network SDK For UWP apps on Windows 10.
Put simply, AdDuplex collects your and other app developer’s advertisements into a network. Whenever another app shows an ad, it is pulling from the AdDuplex storage with a 10:8 ratio. As the Windows App Team explains, that means every 10 ads that your app shows, your app is advertised in other apps on the network. It also works specifically for devices that your app or game will be compatible with, customizing your audience to maximum exposure.
The system has attracted over 10,000 apps and is still increasing exponentially by using the other two ads to increase awareness of AdDuplex to unknowing app developers. Furthermore, it has a paid ad campaign where developers can make a 70% profit from the impatient.
