[Updated] Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 16299.19 now available for Insiders running the Fall Creators Update

The company just pushed out Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 16299.20 to all Windows Insiders who have opted out of the program and are still running build 16299.15 on their PCs.

    blackjesus: Windows 10 wasn't a massive flop because it could be loaded on almost every computer out there. They even installed it on machines that people didn't want to get the upgrade. Windows 11 requires new security hardware and you can't upgrade the majority of machines…
