Microsoft will shutter Surface Support Twitter account, urges users to follow Microsoft Helps instead
Microsoft is shutting down the Surface Support Twitter account, giving followers a quick notice before they stopped supporting the page. This decision seems to primarily be part of Microsoft’s overall branding effort with their support pages, which they’re trying to consolidate into the MicrosoftHelps Twitter.
In 6 days this account will be closing. We will continue answering all your questions from @MicrosoftHelps.

The Surface Support Twitter will continue to run for another 6 days, although it’s unclear if any real activity will occur during that time. At the end of the 6 days, it’s likely that the page will close altogether, although it may just stop posting.
