Earlier this year, Microsoft released a $99 Surface Keyboard to go with its new Surface Studio all-in-one PC, but the company is now selling an even better version without the Surface branding (via Windows Central) . Welcome Microsoft's Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID, which is basically the Surface Keyboard with a handy fingerprint sensor to use with Windows Hello.

The sensor is hidden in a normal key, and it can sign you in instantly with a simple press (be aware that Windows Hello is only supported on Windows 10 PCs). The new keyboard works with Bluetooth or a wired connection, and the Redmond giant promises up to 4 months of battery life with the included rechargeable batteries.
