The official Xbox app for Appleā€™s iOS devices updated today and, while the update is purely to do with the typical bug fixes, one of those bugs that was squashed was quite major in that it prevented many users from sending and receiving messages.

The Xbox app on iOS works in a similar fashion to the one on Microsoftā€™s own Windows 10 devices. It basically acts like a social media app and allows Xbox Live users to communicate with each via messages, search for games, compare profiles, join groups, watch game content, and more. Itā€™s a fully-featured app and is highly recommended for anyone who plays Xbox-branded games on an Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Windows 10 device.
