Microsoft will be rewarding those who watch their E3 presentation on their Mixer streaming service this year with free Xbox One video games, downloadable content (DLC), and more unannounced freebies. The announcement was made in a tweet from the official Xbox Twitter account which was subsequentially retweeted by the official Mixer account.

While no specifics were provided, it’s interesting to note that the tweet suggests that viewers simply need to login and view the stream to receive the games and DLC, not login and view to get a chance to win. More information will hopefully be released closer to the Sunday event but for now it looks like everyone that watches the E3 presentation will be getting at least some free digital content.

This sort of thing isn’t too unusual for Microsoft who also gave away some digital items during 2016’s E3 as well in the form of Xbox Avatar clothing. It’ll be interesting to see what’s offered this year.
