New Xbox One controllers with retro design launching next month

| |

A new controller option for owners of Microsoft’s Xbox One video game console is due for release next month. Called, the Hyperkin X91 Controller, this new controller is wired, features a headset jack, and boasts a retro design that looks more like a Nintendo SuperNES controller than an Xbox One one. Being wired, it’s also fairly cheap and currently has a $29.99 price tag on Amazon. White, black, and red versions are available. Here’s its official listing details:

The Hyperkin X91 Controller combines the classic look of a 90s-style controller with features of a modern controller. This retro twist has a premium build that rivals its modern-style competitors. The X91 is compatible with all Xbox One systems.

Retro design/modern ergonomics. Premium build. Precision analog triggers. 3.5 mm headset jack.

Are you impressed with the Hyperkin X91 Controller or do you prefer to stick with the first-party wireless options? How about a giant inflatable Xbox One controller? Let us know in the comments below.
