Microsoft has released build 14388 for Windows 10 on the Fast Ring for Windows Insiders. The build is available for both Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 PC. It comes with multiple fixes for both PC and Mobile to deliver a smoother experience ahead of the Anniversary Update being rolled out to the public.
There are no new features in this build, as expected so close to the Anniversary Update.
