Welcome to our weekly Xbox news recap series, where we go over the top stories of the past week in the world of Xbox. Let’s get started.

Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy leaked as Telltale’s next game

There’s no official confirmation from Telltale, but a seemingly reliable rumor has painted Telltale’s next project as “Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy.” The news comes from the SAG-AFTRA strike, which prompted a list of noncompliant companies and their projects. This seems to match up with Telltale’s history of bringing popular franchises to the interactive medium, especially with Guardians of the Galaxy 2 set to release next year.

The 15th anniversary of Halo and Xbox happened last week, prompting a celebration from Microsoft and Xbox fans alike. Turns out that 100,539,390,670 hours have been spent playing Xbox, 32,667,582,157 achievements have been earned, and 572,605,554,587 gamerscore has been racked up.

One of the new games is a new IP (Intellectual Property) and the other, presumably, is a sequel to Quantum Break (Or Alan Wake, if we’re REALLY lucky.)
