New reports point to Microsoft working on a foldable Windows 10 on ARM device. This device is expected to be in the tablet form factor, although, may pack some phone capabilities and be pocketable. There’s no specific details known about the device, such as specifications, but rumours of Microsoft working on foldable devices are not new, and in fact the company has multiple patent filings for foldable devices.

With the upcoming release of the Surface Book successor, Surface Book 2, Microsoft is giving an in-depth look at the device in a new video.

Consumer Reports decision to not recommend Surface hardware is “still in effect,” no exception for Surface Book 2

Despite the Surface Book 2 being released shortly, Consumer Reports is sticking to its guns and will not recommend Surface hardware to consumers, with the Surface Book 2 being no exception.
