Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, one of the most-popular video games of the past year or so, is now available to play for free for Xbox Game Pass subscribers on Xbox One.
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice originally came out on Sony’s PlayStation 4 console and PC in August 2017, but eventually made the jump to Microsoft’s Xbox One consoles in April 2018. The game is a blend of action, puzzle-solving, and horror and is set during the 8th century. It was praised by many for its exploration of mental illness and won numerous awards for its visuals, gameplay, audio, game design, and narrative.
Xbox Game Pass is a Netflix-like video game subscription service on Microsoft’s Xbox One consoles. Traditionally, new games would be added to the Game Pass library at the beginning of the month but, recently, several titles have been added a few weeks in.
