Here are the changes and known issues with Windows 10 Mobile Insider build 15210

Microsoft is rolling out today the Windows 10 Mobile Insider build 15210 to Fast Ring Insiders, and this is once again a minor update for the “feature2” development branch. The changelog only mentions two fixes and two known issues and you can find all the details below:

Changes, improvements, and fixes for Mobile

  • We fixed an issue with the Glance screen where the time was not updating.
  • We fixed the token issue so when your device syncs to the service, text messages should show back up.

Known issues for Mobile

  • The copyright date is incorrect under Settings > System > About. It shows as 2016 when it should be 2017. Thanks to the Windows Insiders that reported this!
  • In some cases, the WeChat app may crash on launch.

As the Windows Insider team explained a couple weeks ago, Windows 10 Mobile recently got its own “feature2” fork, which is a temporary measure to let the team do some OneCore work on the main OS. As a result, Windows 10 is getting all the love right now but Windows 10 Mobile will rejoin the main Redstone 3 development branch at some point.

If you have a supported handset on the Fast Ring, you can now download this new build by checking Windows Update. Let us know in the comments if you notice other improvements or known issues.
