Surface Book 2 Firmware

Microsoft has released a handful of new firmware updates for its Surface Book 2 devices. These updates bring improvements to the camera and audio experience as well as the overall stability of the system, and a bunch of fixes.

For the owners of the Surface Book 2, these firmware updates also include stability enhancements to both WiFi and Bluetooth connections. You can get more details in the full release notes below:

As always, the August 2021 firmware updates are rolling out to all Surface Book 2 devices running Windows 10 version 1903 or newer. However, it is worth noting that Microsoft releases firmware updates in stages, so you may not see the latest updates right away. Earlier this month, Microsoft also released firmware updates for the Surface Laptop 3 and Surface Go models.
