Slow Ring Insiders get a new patch for Windows 10 version 2004

Microsoft released today another minor update for Windows 10 version 2004, the next feature update that is currently being tested with Slow Ring Insiders. The build 19041.172 (KB4552455) comes with a single fix for an issue that was preventing the Windows key + J keyboard shortcut from giving focus to certain Windows tips.

This new build has also a single known issue causing Narrator and NVDA users using Microsoft’s new Chromium-based Edge browser to “experience some difficulty when navigating and reading certain web content.” Microsoft says that Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are already working on a fix.

As April is almost upon us, it probably won’t be long before Microsoft releases Windows 10 version 2004 available for Release Preview Insiders. The company has yet to announce when the feature update will start rolling out to all Windows 10 users, but we’re certainly getting closer to the public release. In the meantime, Microsoft is also keeping Fast Ring Insiders busy with the preview build 19592 that was released yesterday.
