The highly anticipated Just Cause 3 is now available for digital pre-order and pre-download for Xbox One owners ahead of its December 1st launch date. Naturally those who pre-download the game onto their consoles won’t be able to play it before then but downloading it early means they can jump right in as soon as the game is officially released instead of waiting to download it on the day.
To further encourage gamers to pre-order Just Cause 3, Microsoft is giving early birds an exclusive weaponised vehicle pack and Final Argument Sniper Rifle to use in-game and for a limited time (it’s unclear how long this particular promotion will go for) those who pre-order Just Cause 3 on Xbox One will receive Just Cause 2 on Xbox 360 completely free. After pre-ordering Just Cause 3, the download code for Just Cause 2 will be sent to the user’s Xbox message inbox within seven to ten days.
Fans also have the option to pre-order a special limited edition digital version of the game called, Just Cause 3: XL Edition which contains Just Cause 3 and a variety of exclusive in-game items such as the Final Argument Sniper Rifle, Mini-Gun Racing Boat, Combat Buggy, Flame Wingsuit and Parachute Skins, and Rocket Launcher Sports Car as well as the Just Cause 3: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass.
Here’s the official, though slightly ambiguous, game description:
Explore a Mediterranean island paradise with complete vertical freedom – skydive, BASE jump and free dive in an open world with virtually zero limits. Use your Grapple and Parachute to scale buildings, hijack vehicles, move quickly or tether objects together for creative new ways to cause Chaos. Cause massive chains of destruction to bring down a dictator.
