Mixer Go, a popular third-party Mixer app on Windows 10 has just received a major update. The app has also been rebranded to Mixplay for Mixer, and this new version introduces a new design as well.

According to the developer, the app has been “completely rebuilt,” bringing support for Mixer’s Faster than Light (FTL) protocol delivering sub-second latency. Another great addition is the new picture-in-picture mode, which is called “compact mode” in the app.

Mixplay for Mixer now supports Jump lists when you right-click on the app, and you can also pin Mixer channels of your choice to your Windows 10 taskbar for easier access. Other new features in this update include support for costreaming, emojis in chat, Season 2 stickers, and Clips.

Overall, Mixplay for Mixer is a solid third-party client and you should really check it out if you often watch Mixer livestreams on your PC. You can get the app from the download link below.
