Microsoft updates the Xbox app on iOS with Beam notifications, achievement improvements and more

In line with the Creators Update launching on the Xbox One today, Microsoft has now released an update to the Xbox app on iOS, providing notifications for Beam, achievement leaderboards and rarity and more.

Here is the full changelog:

Get notified when your friends are streaming on Beam

Added gamerscore leaderboards

Ability to share the gamerscore leaderboard

Identify hard-to-earn achievements with achievement rarity

If you’re getting several notifications when receiving a message, uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app should fix the problem.

This update brings the app to version 1703.324.1309.
