In a new video, Microsoft Mechanics highlights the new capabilities and features available in Office 365 Video. The new Office 365 Video gives you a simple tool for uploading, sharing and playing videos anywhere on your company’s intranet. It doesn’t matter if you use SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server 2016 on-premises.

Mark Kashman, the senior product manager for the Office 365 team, provides a quick video tour, where he addresses some of the most important features of Office 365 Video, including:

  • Improved upload experience

  • Accessibility with closed-caption support

  • Analytics per video to provide aggregate trending patterns

  • Choose your own thumbnail

  • Offline access

  • New admin controls and management capabilities
