Microsoft makes it easier to provide feedback on Windows 365

Kevin Okemwa

Microsoft is finally integrating Windows 365 into the Microsoft Feedback Portal, with the aim of making it easier for users to provide feedback. In return, the Windows 365 feature request board in the Windows Tech Community will no longer be in use. It has been reset to a read-only format.

However, if you had already submitted feedback via the platform it will be well received, there is no need to resubmit your request again. Requests and feedback that had been submitted via the Windows 365 feature request board should be relayed in the new Feedback Portal by April 29, 2022. Of course, you can resubmit your requests and feedback once more in the new Feedback Portal if they are not visible.

Therefore, if you need to make a request or give feedback, here’s what you will need to do:

  1. Select the Send feedback button at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Then, select Windows 365 as the forum name.
  3. Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  4. Finally, select Send to submit your feedback.

When you enter a Title for your feedback submission, the tool will auto-populate similar entries to avoid duplication. If you see an entry that matches your feedback, simply upvote the existing entry, add a Comment if you have additional details, and Follow to easily track progress.

Remember, sometime back Microsoft expanded its feedback portal to more Microsoft 365 apps and services, such as Teams, Edge, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive. Note that if you make a request incorrectly, it may not be redirected to the correct team, which may render your request or feedback null and void.
