WhatsApp Web released for Windows 8.1, Android, not available on iOS

WhatsApp released a new feature today called WhatsApp Web. Now you can send and receive texts from your computer’s web browser. The web browser feature is just another way you can use WhatsApp. The web browser copies the messages on your mobile device available on another device. Whether it be a tablet or a PC, you can stay connected with WhatsApp Web.

In order to connect your browser to WhatsApp on your phone, simply go here through your Google Chrome browser (it does not work on any other browser). Once there, you will see a QR code that you can scan through WhatsApp on Windows Phone or Android, but this feature is NOT available on iOS. Please note: your phone needs to have WhatsApp open and connected to the Internet in order to work.

This is a great new WhatsApp feature that notifies me of my messages and keeps me updated on my conversations without constantly checking my Windows Phone. So check out this new feature for yourself, and click the link below to get your phone set up as soon as possible. If you don’t have WhatsApp, be sure to download it now in the link below!
