Universal Windows 10 Ringtone App Previewed In Video – onmsft.com

Good news for those who would like an option to create custom ringtones on your Windows 10 device: Windows Blog Italia reporters have put their hands on a new Creating Ringtones app, and it looks like to be a better tool than the old Ringtone Maker app developed by Nokia/Microsoft Mobile for Windows Phone 8 Lumia devices.

This new app is reportedly a universal one, so you’ll hopefully be able to use it on the bigger screens of Windows 10 tablets, PCs or even with your Lumia in Continuum mode. You can watch above a video preview of the app (it’s in italian though), but it’s difficult right now to judge if this app provides more features than the old Nokia version. Anyway, it would still be a nice option for those who enjoy playing with sounds and would like to add truly personalized ringtones to their contacts.

The app is not available to download right now, but we’ll ring you as soon as it’s on the Windows Store!
