TuneIn Radio is a great service for listening to–wait for it–radio stations, both local and nationwide, and the developers seem to always supported Microsoft’s platforms (albeit its free Windows app is a little long in the tooth). As we previously reported, TuneIn has been relatively open about its plans to introduce a new Universal app, and it looks like they’re getting ready to put their money where their mouth is. There’s a new beta in the Windows Store, and we can only assume that this is the app the company’s been talking about.

TuneIn has been fairly active recently, introducing a premium service, so it’s great to see them updating their Windows app after a bit of a hiatus. While the app isn’t yet available for download, it’s always great to see developers pumping up their Windows support.
