Maps app for Windows 10 now gives better search results thanks to recent update

We all know how painfully annoying the Windows Store can be when it comes to app changelogs, but there comes a time or two when an important update is indeed made to a Microsoft app and it is followed up with a detailed changelog. Thanks to an entry on the Feedback Hub on Windows 10, Microsoft has detailed exactly what is new to the Maps app which was very recently updated to versionĀ 4.1602.760.0 for those in the Release Preview ring of the Insider program.

Microsoft has made improvements to their algorithms to give Maps users closer and better search results. In addition to that, Microsoft has fixed bugs and improved reliability and performance of the app. If you haven't already done so, head over to the Windows Store and update the Maps app.
