In the wake of E3’s absence it’s been left up to the bigger game publishers to help fill the E3 void, and to their credit they’ve done an admirable job of it in 2023.
Getting in on the gaming showcase fun on Monday, June 12 were Ubisoft and Capcom, with their respective showcases streaming on that date. If you were unable to the Ubisoft Forward and Capcom Showcase, don’t worry: we’ve got the highlights from both events right here. Read on to see what you missed.
Ubisoft Forward 2023
First up is the Ubisoft Forward, which did not disappoint. Most of the usual suspects were present and accounted for. But there were a couple of fresh faces as well.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora official premiere trailer

Capcom Showcase 2023
There is no question that Capcom has been on one heck of a roll lately with releases like Resident Evil 4 Remake and Street Fighter 6. And going by the Capcom Showcase there’s no reason to think the hot streak won’t continue. Though the stream was only about 36 minutes long, those were 36 packed minutes of exciting games. The following are just the highlights.
