At the Mobile World Congress in Spain, Alcatel unveiled their very first Windows 10 2-in-1 tablet called the Alcatel Plus 10. This device is a 10-inch tablet/laptop hybrid that features an Intel quad-core processor, dual front speakers, 1280 x 800 resolution IPS display, 32GB storage, and is being touted as 40 percent lighter than the average laptop.

The Plus 10 features a standard USB port, a micro USB and micro HDMI port, and will be available in different colors and finishes like metallic silver, matte white, matte volcano black, and a warm gray leather finish. The device will be available in Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa this June. Pricing and availability in North America has yet to be revealed.

“PLUS 10 is ALCATEL’s first 2-in-1 device with Windows 10, and we’re very proud of all the functionality we’ve built into it,” said Vittorio Di Mauro, ALCATEL’s General Manager of Smart Connectivity. “The Windows 10 operating system and quad-core Intel processor make it a powerful tool for productivity on the go.”
