Minecraft Dungeons has reached a huge milestone as of February 8, now boasting 15 million players. It has achieved this impressive number in a little less than two years, proving that the Minecraft universe is hardly slowing down.

The announcement was made on the 8th through Minecraft Dungeons’ official Twitter account.

Mojang Studios will be running a special event from now until the 22nd of this month, titled “Festival of Frost.” The event will feature new, ice themed areas and challenges. Players who log into the game during the event will receive a special reward: the Iceologer Cape.

The game, which is a more approachable action-rpg spinoff of the smash hit Minecraft, is available on Xbox Game Pass via Console, Cloud and PC.
