Microsoft PowerToys is a collection of system utilities designed specifically for power users on the Windows operating system. These tools are geared towards enhancing productivity and providing more customization options for users.

PowerToys has been upgraded to the latest version of Windows App SDK, version 1.4.1, which has improved the stability of WinUI3 utilities. Text Extractor has also been updated to version 2.0, bringing a new overlay, table mode, and several Quality of Life improvements. FancyZones has received enhancements that eliminate layout reset bugs and improve window handling on Windows 11.

If you turn off animations in Windows Settings, they will also be disabled in PowerToys. We have also upgraded our dependency on Windows App SDK to version 1.4.1. Furthermore, labels and application titles will appear when running as an administrator.
