Microsoft partners Gameloft to free 40-worth of games on Nokia X handsets

Microsoft has partnered with gaming company Gameloft to bring over 40-euro worth of premium games to its Nokia X lineup for free until August 31. All the Nokia X devices, including the recently launched Nokia X2 handsets are eligible to download the apps.

The games that have gone free include Real Football 2014 (normal price €3),  Asphalt 8: Airborne, and Dungeon Hunter 4. Not only do these games are running for free, but Microsoft says that you will also be able to snag the bonus in-game content for absolutely no charge as well.

To grab the said games, and possibly more in a few days, you need to fire the Nokia Store app from your Nokia X handset, and head over to “Exclusive Free Offer” category. You should be able to find the free apps there. Do expand the internal storage memory via a microSD card, as these games might eat up a lot of space.
