Microsoft Band updated

Microsoft released its first foray into wearable computing, the Microsoft Band, some two months ago, and now the health and fitness device is receiving it’s first update, with an assist from the Microsoft Health app.

First, you need to update the app on your iOS, Android, or Windows Phone.  Then, once you’re up to date on the app, and your Band is in close proximity to the phone (and the app), the two will sync and you will be prompted to update the Band.  The new build, number 1.1.2110.0 09 R, promises “general app fixes and improvements”, which is not much information but more than the update tells you about what’s new for the Band.

Let us know if you notice anything new and exciting on your Band!
