It was last month that Microsoft Groove was first launched to relatively little fanfare, having previously suffered under the relatively clunky moniker of Xbox Music. Today, the service received a boost, gaining availability as a Beta on Sonos.
Trying out the service is simple. Users simply need to activate the app from a mobile device and select ‘Add Music Services’ before choosing Groove. The process is equally simple on both Mac and PC, with it being required that users add the service through Sonos Labs. Once Groove is active on their systems, users will be able to test out what functionality it currently possesses.
Currently, Groove is available on Sonos in various countries, including: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
