Back in January of this year, we reported on the fact that Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella was selling his Clyde Hill, Washington home for a cool $3.488 million. Now four months later, and thanks to a piece published by GeekWire, we can now report to you that his house has officially been sold.

According to King County Properly records (obtained and cited by GeekWire,) the property sold for around $2.8 million dollars, which is less than the original asking price in January. Nadella, however, still made money off the sale, nearly doubling the $1.385 million he paid some 16 years ago.

Seen above, the property is nonetheless a great one for the individual who had millions of dollars to spare. Built in 1963, the house stands in the panoramic Seattle landscape with a great view of Mt. Olympus and Lake Washington. The home also features 4,000 square feet of space, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a formal living and dining rooms, eat-in kitchen, family room,  and lofted office and library space.
