Halo: Spartan Strike now available to download on Windows, Windows Phone, and iOS

Back in 2013, Microsoft released Halo: Spartan Assault. It was one of the first major game to be released as a Universal App for Windows and Windows Phone, making possible to start playing the game on one your PC or tablet for example, and continue right where you left off on your phone.

Today, Microsoft announced the availability of its second Halo mobile game, Halo: Spartan Strike. While the first game took place sometime between Halo 3 and 4, Spartan Strike takes place during the events of Halo 2.

“Halo: Spartan Strike tells a compelling new story in the Halo universe set during the events of Halo 2 on New Mombasa in 2552. As a Spartan supersoldier in a classified ONI simulation, delve into 30 challenging missions while leading UNSC troops through cities and jungles with an all new arsenal of weapons, abilities and vehicles.” – Microsoft

You can expect the same high quality level of graphics from the first game, as well as easy-to-use controls, a compelling storyline, and Tom Salta’s award-winning musical score, who also composed the scores for previous Halo titles.

Halo: Spartan Strike is available now for Windows, Windows Phone, and iOS devices for $5.99. Head over the download links below to download and start playing. Enjoy!
