Back in February, Minecraft developer Mojang announced that they would deliver your very own real world “Mine Chest” for $30/month. Today, the folks at 343 Industries have done something similar and have announced that they have joined forces with Loot Crate to create the ultimate experience for Halo fans and collectors.
The partnership with Loot Crate means that fans will be able to collect artifacts from the Halo universe with the Halo Legendary Crate. Priced at $34.99 plus $5 shipping per crate (a $65 value), the Halo Legendary Crate will be available every two months. The Halo Legendary Crate will also include exclusive figures, apparel, collectibles, in-game items, and other UNSC-approved loot from the biggest and best moments across the Halo universe.
More information, a sneak peak at the first crate in August, and details on the subscription plans, will be available soon, but until then you can visit lootcrate.com/halo for more information. The Halo team, though, is promising that the crates are the perfect fit for the Halo consumer products line. They also note that fans can look forward to the mystery of each box while knowing a great selection of quality Halo items are always waiting within.Further reading: 343 Industries, Halo, Lootcrate, Microsoft
