Dell: Windows 10 Creators Update to arrive in April

Windows 10 Creators Update

If you’ve been following Consumer Electronics Show (CES) hoping for some news regarding the Windows 10 Creators Update, we may have just struck gold. According to Brad Sams, executive editor of Petri.com, Dell just mentioned that the Creators Update for Windows 10 is going to be coming out in April.

While we knew that this was the time frame that we were looking at for the Creators Update, this most definitely narrows the window by a significant margin as to when we’re going to see it. Assuming this is accurate (and, barring some misinformation amongst Dell employees, we don’t see why it wouldn’t be) this sets a solid target for Microsoft to aim for.

All of you who have been waiting for the Creators Update and the inevitable blitz of Windows Insider builds immediately preceding it should get ready for a good time. We’ll have to wait and see if this information is backed up by more sources in the coming days, but it’s still great news to hear coming out of CES this year.
