Windows 10 Mobile build 10572 came out just a few days ago, and it brought with it plenty of improvements. Another improvement that came with the new update is one that can be appreciated by the folks living in India. With Windows 10 Mobile build 10572, English (India) is now available in Cortana. What this means is that folks in India will be able to use Cortana on their Windows 10 Mobile device without needing to change their region, language, or any other setting.
While Cortana India is ready for people to start using, it may be a while before it’s working at the same capacity it does in the United Kingdom or the United States. It may be a while before businesses have all been mapped out for Cortana, allowing people to find their nearest rest stops, restaurants, etc. Regardless, it’s great that people in India are able to make use of Cortana without needing to fiddle with the settings of their device.
