Ola Cabs, a popular cab rental service in India, has driven its way to the Windows Phone Store. The app has been available on Android and iOS for a while, and now the dial-a-cab service can be accessed from your Windows Phone 8 devices too.
Booking a cab can prove to be a jarring experience. You’re likely to get routed through call centers and whatnot. Using the app, however, you will be able to locate the nearest cab as well as book it right away.
To use the app you need to set your pickup location. You can then locate and book tickets on the nearest cab available. You can also fetch detailed information about ticket confirmation, vehicle and driver details. In addition, you can also have a map to check the route. Payment is done once you have completed the ride.
