Windows 10 Mobile Insider preview build 10586.218 headed to Release Preview Ring and retail devices

As we reported yesterday, Microsoft has been testing a new build for just this ring, dubbed 10586.218, and today they started rolling it out.

Mrleblanc: Litterally every single cr*p they added in the past year has degraded the experience. It was supposed to be lightweight and it's now 10x more bloated than Chrome.
