OneNote is finding its way absolutely everywhere. Over the past year, OneNote has made its way to classrooms, Macs, Android devices, and even physical notebooks for all you old fashioned folks. Now, OneNote comes to Gmail too! Of course having OneNote integrated in its services isn’t something Google would do, so today’s development comes thanks to Obindo.

Obindo is one of many Microsoft OneNote partners and they’ve developed a handy Google Chrome extension designed to capture content in Gmail emails and send them directly to OneNote, all without leaving your inbox. Besides OneNote, Obindo allows sharing to a range of different services including Dropbox, Google Drive, Yammer, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.

Saving to OneNote will not only transfer text in an email to the note management tool, but also rich media too such as images. So if you rely on OneNote to manage your notes and ideas, and you use Gmail, Obindo is the perfect tool to gets your content across without having to copy and paste text, or download then upload images.

You can download the Obindo extension for Google Chrome over at the download link below. It’s important to note though that Obindo is a paid service, and while a ‘basic’ free version is available it limits you to “10 actions per month”.
