Xbox’s, Larry Hryb (who often goes by his Xbox Gamertag, Major Nelson), will be presenting the opening ‘storytime’ keynote during PAX Australia 2016. The ‘storytime’ labelling of the opening keynote is done mostly for style and the keynote itself differs very little from opening keynotes at other similar events. Last year’s ‘storytime’ keynote was presented by Deus Ex creator, Warren Spector.
PAX Australia is one of Australia’s biggest video game conventions and runs for three days with a variety of panels, presentations, and activities available for industry insiders and the general public to participate in.
PAX Australia 2016 is currently scheduled to run from Friday the 4th through to Sunday the 6th of November 2016 with the exhibition pavilion being open from 10am to 6pm on all days and the general show hours opening at 10am and running until as late as 11:30pm on the Friday and Saturday and until 6pm on the Sunday.
