Microsoft has taken being a feedback-driven company very seriously. Users can head to the official Microsoft Answers forums, use feedback options built into its software, or connect via its social network profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and now, Reddit.
The Xbox One team has today confirmed that they will be active on the Xbox One subreddit (r/xboxone) starting Monday (March 2nd). The team will operate and will be available for support every Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM to 5PM Pacific. So if you’re a Reddit user, you can always summon them on the Xbox One subreddit and they will try their best to answer your questions. Since only 2 agents are currently available to contact, understandably, they may not be able to answer everyone’s questions.
The Xbox One support team’s presence on Reddit is likely only the beginning, and member from the Windows Phone and Surface teams may make the jump too in the near future. We’ll keep an eye out and let you know if/when they do, so stay tuned for that!Further reading: Microsoft, Reddit, support, Xbox, Xbox One
