With a few pre-season games under our belts and only a couple of weeks until the kickoff of the 2016 NFL season, it’s perhaps safe to assume football is back in the public consciousness. EA is fully aware of this, and as owners of the quintessential NFL game Madden, EA is opening up access to a trial of the game on Xbox One.
EA Access members can now download a trial version of Madden NFL 16 for the Xbox One today. Downloading the trial today, gives Access members unabated access to the game five days before its public release date, August 25. It should also be noted that EA Access members also receive a 10% discount on all three editions of Madden NFL 16 which include:
- Madden NFL 16 Standard Edition ($59.99): Madden NFL 16 Xbox One game, 10 Pro Packs, plus the pre-order exclusive Playmaker Pack
- Madden NFL 16 Deluxe Edition ($69.99): Madden NFL 16 Xbox One game, 36 Pro Packs, plus the Playmaker Pack
- Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe Edition ($99.99): Madden NFL 16, 40 Premium Packs, plus the Playmaker Pack
While this year’s addition will include some crowd favorites such as Connected Franchise, Ultimate Team and Skills Trainers, Madden NFL 16 will also include a new mode called Draft Champions. Draft Champions is Madden NFL 16’s approach to Fantasy Football.
