Fandango came onto the scene a while ago as a way to grab movie tickets, but they’ve expanded to the movie streaming business recently. The company’s streaming service, FandangoNOW, got an app recently for Xbox One users who want to curl up on their couch and watch movies on their Xbox.

This is the first time that FandangoNOW has gotten an official app on a video game console, and opens up a whole new world of movies for people who need something to do on their friday nights. Through the service, you can buy or rent new movies without the need for any sort of subscription.
By activating FandangoNOW on your Xbox One, you can get 50% off of your first purchase. With movies like Suicide Squad and Kubo and the Two Strings now available to buy, you might want to hop on your Xbox to take advantage of the deal while you still can. Since there’s no subscription involved, you can just delete the app if you’re not satisfied with your experience.
