Demand for the Xbox One X is “Super high”

The Xbox One X is coming out just a few days after the time of writing this, and the projected sales of the console are somewhat up in the air. If you believe Panos Panay, Microsoft’s Head of Devices, the Xbox One X could be looking at a great Holiday season. He mentioned that, while he “won’t talk about exact numbers,” the “demand is super high.” This is good to hear if you’re looking for the Xbox One X to set a trend of high-performance consoles going forward.

PUBG coming to Xbox on December 12

PUBG, the game that swept everyone off their feet a few months ago with its unique take on the battle royale formula, is finally coming to Xbox One. The release date was announced this week, promising fans that they’ll be able to get their hands on the game for Xbox come December 12th. The game is available for pre-order in the Microsoft Store right now, if you’re already sure you wan to play when the game launches.

Microsoft will donate $500k to the troops if gamers get 25 million achievements

In honor of Call of Duty WW2, Microsoft is giving gamers a challenge. If the Xbox community collectively gets 25 million achievements between November 1st and November 7th, the Redmond giant will be donating $500k to the Call of Duty Endowment, which is a charity that prepares veterans to get back out in the world and find high quality jobs. At the time of writing, we’re only at 4.7 million achievements with 2 days to go. If the goal isn’t hit.. I would be surprised if this money didn’t still get donated. Keep your eyes out for this one!
