Windows Phone commercial showcases photobomb removal on the Nokia Lumia 928

Nokia Lumia 928 on Verizon

The Nokia Lumia 928, powered by Windows Phone 8, is an exclusive Lumia handset to the Verizon carrier. In a new video uploaded to the official Windows Phone YouTube channel, Microsoft shows us how to remove a photobomb with ease.

“DJ Lazy Rich runs the show, both on the stage and with his Nokia Lumia 928. Watch him as he uses the Smart Shoot app to remove this photobomb from the picture. Open the app, take your shot, and the app automatically shoots five frames for each picture. From here, you can pick the best faces, remove photobombs and other objects, and more. When you’re done, share your photobomb-free pictures directly with friends on Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter,” the video description reads.

We’ve embedded the video below for your viewing pleasure. If you have a Nokia Lumia 928, or even a 920, 925, or 1020, try out this feature and let us know in the comments below if you find it useful.

On a side note, the video has seemed to have received some negative attention in the YouTube comments, some even going as far as saying this commercial is racist for removing a black person from the video. We think people are over-reacting. Check out the video and you be the judge.
