Windows Phone 8 gets demoed on HTC 8X

Up until today, Microsoft had done a pretty good job in keeping details about Windows Phone 8 under wraps, telling all hardware manufacturers that diving beyond the WP8 start screen wasn't aloud. Still, that hasn't stopped someone at this years GITEX Computer Shopper show from checking it all out!

This build of Windows Phone 8 is running on a HTC 8X, and reveals a bunch of new and old features that we have and haven't known about. Features include Bing lockscreen wallpapers, a new Office 2013 app, offline maps, Kids Room and more.

Windows Phone 8 is set to launch just days after the official launch of Windows 8 on October 26. A tonne of hardware manufacturers have already revealed hardware for the new phone OS.
