Volume sliders are set to get a redesign in Windows 11, something that is likely to please many who weren't a big fan of the design that's existed since Windows 8 through to Windows 10.

Microsoft briefly shows new media player app for Windows 11
A new media player app is in the works for Windows 11, which could mean that the Movies & TV app may no longer be necessary to play media, though it's not yet confirmed if this will replace it or not.
Discord and Opera are coming to the Windows 11 Microsoft Store, with Epic Games Store to follow
The Microsoft Store in Windows 11 is attracting big names already, with the likes of Discord and Opera set to join Windows 11's app store, whilst even Epic Games' Store is set to feature in the near future.
Redesigned Photos app starts rolling out to more Windows 11 testers
A redesigned Photos app has started rolling out to those testing Windows 11 ahead of its launch, the new Photos experience should be faster and includes a design refresh to be more consistent with Windows 11's design, such as using rounded corners.
