Ina Fried: Brad Brooks, a vice president in Microsoft’s Windows unit, is leaving the company to join Juniper Networks, where he’ll serve as vice president of enterprise marketing. The move reunites Brooks with Juniper CEO Kevin Johnson, who had been president of the Windows and Windows Live unit at Microsoft before also jumping to Juniper.
