Windows 11 Insider Beta Channel updated to 22621.1972 and 22631.1972

Along with a bit of a blockbuster Windows 11 Dev Channel release that includes our first glimpse at Windows Copilot, Microsoft also has released a new set of Windows 11 Insider builds for the Beta Channel, 22621.1972 (no new features) and 22631.1972 (new features rolling out).

In this case, there are no new features rolling out, but 22631.1972 is getting the Windows App SDK version of File Explorer:

Functionality in File Explorer remains unchanged, it just switches from using WinUI 2 to using WinUI 3.

and a minor (major?) annoyance is being fixed:

The option to “Hide date and time in the System tray” from the last flight should no longer be backwards (on being off, off being on).
