Windows 10 Surface app now tells users when their warranty ends

The Surface companion app in the Microsoft Store is getting a new update rolled out that will now inform the time left on a device's two-year warranty (via MSPU).

While most people keep a mental note of their device's lifespan and where they are in the warranty cycle, it's still a neat little convenience to have in a dedicated app where other Surface related customizations, features and services are all located.
