Surface app updated with Pen Slim support ahead of Surface Pro X launch

The Surface app has received an update to add support for Microsoft's upcoming products, including the Surface Pro X. The app now supports the Pen Slim.

Microsoft makes using UWP APIs available for Win32 apps

Going forward, developers will be able to use UWP APIs in WIn32 apps, as Microsoft is making the APIs available to a wider developer audience.

Microsoft is “elevating” the Phone Screen experience by removing its dependency on Bluetooth

More Samsung devices will be able to use the "Link to Windows" feature of the Your Phone app soon. In addition, Microsoft is removing its dependency on Bluetooth.
